Shravya Raghunand, LCSW

Shravya Raghunand is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and comes with diverse experience in working with vulnerable communities from a variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

She has extensive experience in assessing and providing psychotherapy to clients in various settings such as outpatient programs, intensive outpatient programs, federally qualified health centers, community-based centers, and in their own homes.

She also has a background in conducting and coauthoring descriptive research studies related to caregiving of people with mental illness and the availability and accessibility of mental health treatment through community mental health programs in India. Her clinical interests include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Stress Management, and Relationship Challenges. She uses an integrative framework that includes various approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and body-based techniques to heal trauma.

She lives with her husband and two kids and loves spending her free time reading, exploring new restaurants, painting, and socializing with friends and family.
