Neurocognitive Evaluations for Adults

At OpenWorld Psychology, we offer comprehensive memory evaluations to help adults and older adults better understand changes in memory, thinking, and daily functioning. Our evaluations aim to clarify the nature of cognitive concerns, differentiate between typical aging and conditions like mild cognitive impairment or dementia, and provide clear recommendations for care planning, treatment, and support. Our neuropsychologist, Dr. Lupas, is available for evaluations in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Reach out to schedule a consultation.

Why Individuals and Families Seek a Memory Evaluation:

  • Difficulty with daily tasks like managing finances, appointments, or conversations

  • Family members noticing changes in personality, judgment, or independence

  • Questions about whether changes are normal aging or something more serious

  • Need for diagnosis to access medical treatments, therapies, or support services

  • Neuropsychological Testing: In-person testing of memory, attention, language, executive functioning, processing speed, and other cognitive skills

  • Review of Medical Records: Analysis of prior imaging, lab work, or clinical notes (if available)
