Initial Consultation: 50 minutes to gather more information and come up with a testing plan.
First Testing Appointment: Typically 2-3 hours to complete the clinical interview and testing.
Additional Testing (if needed): If your evaluation plan requires further sessions, they will be scheduled and explained during your initial appointment.
Overall Timeline: From start to finish (initial consultation, testing, report preparation, and feedback session), most evaluations are completed within 3–6 weeks.

Complete Pre-Visit Forms: We will send you a link to our OpenWorld portal to complete forms about your child’s history.

Bring Glasses, Hearing Aids, or Comfort Items: Anything your child needs to feel comfortable and do their best.

The evaluation cost typically ranges from $1,800 and up, depending on your specific evaluation plan.
If a broader assessment is needed, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.
Discounted options may be available through our training program at certain locations. -
We accept ComPsych insurance with pre-approval.
Otherwise, payment is accepted by credit card through our online portal.We also provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. -
Your feedback session is designed to thoroughly review your child’s results. You are always welcome to reach out afterward if new questions arise.

Parents will be asked to provide information during the intake session.
During the testing session, children typically complete tasks one-on-one with the evaluator, but we will work with you to make sure your child feels comfortable throughout.
