OpenWorld DxPartner — Expert Diagnosis. Collaborative Process.
Expert Diagnosis. Collaborative Process.

Your expertise. Our diagnostic backing. Better outcomes for your clients.

OpenWorld DxPartner pairs neurodiversity-affirming clinicians with doctoral psychologists for psychologist-led ADHD and autism diagnosis — so your clients get the credibility they need without leaving your care.

Your Clients Deserve Better Than a 12‑Month Wait

You see it every week. Clients who need answers. Who have spent months or years questioning whether they're autistic, whether they have ADHD, whether the challenges they face have a name. You know the tools. You may even have the training. But the system wasn't built for you to provide the diagnostic clarity they need.

Referring out means losing the therapeutic relationship. It means your client joins another waitlist. It means months pass before they get a report — if they follow through at all.

There has to be a better way. There is.

How DxPartner Works

01

You collect the data

Conduct your evaluation using validated instruments — clinical interviews, standardized measures, behavioral observations. Record a client interaction. Gather the developmental history.

02

You submit through our secure platform

Upload all raw data, scored measures, and your recorded session through our HIPAA-compliant portal.

03

Our psychologist reviews independently

A doctoral psychologist from OpenWorld reviews all data, forms their own clinical impression, and determines the diagnosis. If they need more, they'll meet with your client directly.

04

You deliver a psychologist-signed report

Your client receives a comprehensive diagnostic report co-signed by a doctoral psychologist specializing in neurodevelopmental assessment. You keep the client relationship.

Why Clinicians Partner With Us

A collaborative model designed to strengthen your practice, protect your scope, and get your clients the answers they need — faster.
01

Diagnostic credibility

A psychologist-signed report carries weight with insurers, schools, employers, and other providers. Give your clients documentation that opens doors.

02

Scope clarity

You collect data. We diagnose. Your role is professionally clean, legally clear, and clinically valued — no ambiguity, no risk.

03

Faster answers for clients

Weeks, not months. No external referral. No broken therapeutic relationship. Your client stays in your care from start to finish.

04

Expert partnership, not oversight

We're not supervising you. We're a collaborative partner. Your clinical observations and expertise are essential to the diagnostic process.

05

Neurodiversity-affirming from the ground up

Our psychologists specialize in lifespan assessments from age 2 through older adults, including high-masking, AFAB, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and adult presentations. We use affirming language, strengths-based framing, and collaborative evaluation practices — because the way a diagnosis is delivered matters as much as the diagnosis itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the psychologist supervising me?
No. DxPartner is a collaborative partnership, not supervision. You are an independent clinician collecting data. The psychologist provides diagnostic determination based on that data.
Will the psychologist always agree with my clinical impressions?
No. The psychologist conducts an independent review and may reach a different conclusion, request additional data, or meet with the client directly. This is a feature, not a limitation — it ensures diagnostic rigor.
Does my client need to meet the psychologist?
Not always. In most cases, the data package is sufficient. When the psychologist determines that direct contact is needed for diagnostic clarity, they will schedule a telehealth session with your client.
What instruments do I need to use?
DxPartner accepts evaluations using a range of validated instruments. Minimum requirements include a structured clinical interview, at least one standardized measure, and a recorded client interaction. Specific instrument guidance is provided during credentialing.
What states is DxPartner available in?
Currently available in Washington State and California, with expansion planned based on psychologist licensure and PSYPACT coverage. Contact us if you practice in another state.
How long does the review take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from complete data submission. Priority turnaround is available for Practice Partner subscribers.
